From the center of Monterosso, continue towards the seafront, following it entirely until you arrive near the statue of the Giant. Here you continue straight uphill:
The asphalt road soon becomes a dirt road and then a staircase begins which takes you back to the asphalt road up to the crossroads with the Hotel Bellevue, where you continue straight up the staircase:
Continue climbing through the Mediterranean scrub until you reach path 591 Sant'Antonio del Mesco-Levanto.
After a few hundred meters we arrive at the ruins of the hermitage of Sant'Antonio del Mesco.
