Beautiful path that from Manarola leads to Volastra and continues up to Sella Marvede, at the crossroads with the Alta Via delle Cinque Terre.
From the center of Manarola, go up Via Discovolo towards the church of San Lorenzo. You leave the village by taking a path that initially runs alongside the asphalt road and then emerges onto the provincial road in the Pie di Fiesse area.
The arrival on the coast road:
Follow the asphalt road for a short stretch towards Groppo and after about 250 meters go up on the left along the ancient municipal staircase:
The staircase climbs for 350 meters to Volastra, you arrive at the sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Salute and continues crossing the provincial road for less than 200 metres. On the left the path begins to climb near a dry stone wall:
Near Case Bovera, at 450 metres, the terraces end and the wooded area begins. Continue through the woods until you reach the saddle of Mount Marvede, crossing the Alta Via delle Cinque Terre.
