BOAT TRIPS CINQUE TERRE


Throughout the year it is possible to visit the Cinque Terre and the Gulf of Poets in a different way thanks to the tourist boat trips that connect the five villages and other towns on the Ligurian coast every day. The best way is with Consorzio Marittimo 5 Terre Golfo dei Poeti which offers excursions that also lead to discover the Palmaria island, the Tino island and the Tinetto island.

The service is active from the end of March to the beginning of November.

The lines operated are:
- 5 Terre. Connection line between La Spezia, Lerici, Portovenere, Levanto and the Cinque Terre.
- La Spezia - Portovenere
- Lerici - Portovenere
- Tour of the Three Islands: Palmaria Tino and Tinetto.
- Palmaria Island: Terrizzo side and Pozzale side.
- Versilia. Connection line between Viareggio, Marina di Massa and Marina di Carrara for Portovenere and 5 Terre. From Forte dei Marmi you have to go to Viareggio.

Rates of the Consorzio Marittimo 5 Terre Golfo dei Poeti :
Single ticket to get on and off where and when you want along the La Spezia/Lerici-Portovenere-Riomaggiore-Manarola-Corniglia-Vernazza-Monterosso-Levanto line: 37 euros.

Please remember that:
  • Tickets are not bookable. They can be purchased the same day at the ticket office 30 minutes before departure. For organized groups of at least 20 people, it is necessary to make a reservation at least 7 days before departure.
  • Access to boats is allowed for small and medium-sized animals. As a rule, animals must be equipped with a leash and muzzle, small animals will be able to board if they are properly placed in bags or carriers.
  • The ticket is daily, valid only on the day of issue.
  • Children up to 6 years do not pay; from 7 to 11 years pay the reduced ticket and must be accompanied by an adult.
  • There are no reductions for the elderly, disabled, military and/or other categories.
  • There are toilets that can be used on boats.
  • In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the service is suspended.
  • There is no bar on board.
  • It is not possible to swim during the crossing
  • The boats range from a minimum of 100 to a maximum of 650 passengers.
