Riomaggiore can be reached along the coast road from La Spezia, after about 12 km. It is not easy to find parking in the village. There is a public car park at the end of the provincial road 32 which goes down to Riomaggiore, after the roundabout. The car park has about 170 spaces available, but it fills up very easily, especially in summer of course. The cost is around € 4 per hour, maximum € 35 per day. For the rest, it is all reserved for residents.
There are other parking possibilities along the road that goes down to Riomaggiore, few and marked by signs or along the coast road. In that case it is then necessary to go down on foot or with the shuttle of the Cinque Terre National Park.
Be careful if a parking disc is required for some parking lots.
