The Cinque Terre are a very special tourist destination, where there is no real nightlife. Bars close relatively early, following a little bit of tourist schedules. The great majority of those who visit the Cinque Terre do it during the day, so from 18.00 onwards they begin to empty and become more human-friendly.
In Monterosso, the largest village, in spring and summer, some bars stay open late on weekends and to a lesser extent also in Vernazza.
For the diehards of the small hours it is necessary to move to La Spezia, where there are discos, or to Levanto, with bars, pubs and wine bars or Sestri Levante.
Therefore, night tourism in the Cinque Terre is almost absent: dinners and romantic walks.
