The options for campers to find rest areas in the Cinque Terre are limited.
The particular orography of Liguria does not help, but there are some possibilities. Of course, it must be borne in mind that the roads to reach the caravan areas are not very easy or comfortable. More information here on how to arrive to the Cinque Terre.

Caravan park in Monterosso

Area Sosta Camper il Poggio
Despite being inside the Cinque Terre National Park, the caravan area is located on the hills, about 260 meters high. The "Poggio delle Cinque Terre" is located in a panoramic position, closed by a bar, video surveillance, illuminated, with 14 pitches (dimensions 4x8m) with water and electricity supply column and drainage pit for gray and black water. No toilets.
It is open all year round, connected to Monterosso (about 3 km) by shuttle, with a stop in front of the parking area (about every 40 minutes, tickets can be purchased at the caravan area). Or via a steep path (1.5 km).
Nearby (50 meters) there is the ristorante Il ciliegio.
The price is around 25 euros per night. Reservation highly recommended.

Fegina Parking
Parking area literally on the sea, with paid unpaved parking allowed for campers only in the low season, usually from mid-September to the end of March. Tight spaces, no shade and no services.

Caravan parking in Levanto

Area di sosta Moltedi
Very bear to Cinque Terre, the Moltedi area is located near the train station (20 minutes walk from the sea), on the road leading to the A12 motorway. Managed by the municipality, it is open all year round, with about 18 places available, with the possibility of discharging gray/black water.
Approximate cost: 3 € / hour; € 24/12 hours; € 36/24 hours; 50 € / 36 hours.
Not very quiet area due to the proximity of the road.

Private camping, Camping Acqua Dolce is in the city center and about 500 meters from the beaches.

Carvan parking in Bonassola
Relatively close to the Cinque Terre, it is possible to find a carvan area in Bonassola.
It is a real parking lot, at the beginning of the "pista Maremonti" a cycle and pedestrian path on the seafront Discovolo. About thirty paid places, from October to the end of May, excluding the Easter period and May 1st. No electric connection, no drinking water.

Carvan parking in La Spezia
On the opposite side of the Cinque Terre, in La Spezia, there is a municipal equipped area with entrances and exits between 8:00 and 20:00. During the night the barrier is closed (accessible only on foot). Equipped with 200 places, nearby is the bus stop for the L or S line for the train station. Bus tickets can be purchased at the reception.
We recommend the Cinque Terre Card to take the train to Cinque Terre.
Some pitches, not all, have electricity connections.



It can be reached from the Santo Stefano Magra exit by turning left towards La Spezia. Take the freeway and exit after the tunnel for Porto Ovest. Then take the traffic lights to the left for Lerici.
