The Sciacchetrà born from the same grapes of dry white wine, left drying for a long time on racks. The grapes dry in the shadow, away from the direct action of sunlight.
White wine of D.O.C. (Denominazione di Origine Controllata), in the village of Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso.
Vines: 60% Bosco, 40% Vermentino and Albarola
Organoleptic
Color: Old gold with amber, clear and good smoothness.
Bouquet: Very intense and persistent, large, with elegant hints of apricot, acacia honey and dried fruit.
Taste: sweet, determined, never cloying, tempered by a mild flavor that accentuates harmony and balance.
Serving temperature: 14 º C.
